When the explosion was found to be a fake, in Fullspeed 911, this shot was also fake.
It was likely produced as a "no-plane" shot, to confuse and delay analysis.
Includes a vibration to promote "large bomb" in Tower.

We don't have any good source for this either, possibly an internet upload from the video factory.
